Embrun is a milestone in the Ozone collection. It is undoubtedly a turning point in a story that spans more than two decades.

In addition to their deliberately restrained form, the pieces in this collection feature a distinctive material: white onyx, which the new table lamp showcases to great effect, offering a captivating view of the light passing through the stone’s veins.

The Embrun LP table lamp will be unveiled with the exhibition « DAWN LIGHT ». It is the first exhibition of this scale on the American continent for Ozone and reflects its 25 years of activity. Rather than a retrospective catalog, it offers three installations in the Galerie Templon, which follow one another like chapters, memories of successful achievements.

First and foremost, Ozone is the story of a friendship. Etienne Gounot and Eric Jähnke were just 25 when they met, and few years later they founded Ozone in 2000. Combining magic, architecture and technology, light was their inspiration. Since then, the two founders have specialized in lighting design, composing a bold geometry that is sometimes classic, modernist or minimal. To reach the highest quality they aimed at, the two designers established their own workshop in Paris, developing a specific savoir-faire. Ten years ago they opened their workshop to several collaborations with renowned architects and designers, in order to create an exceptional lighting collection.
